Arrival in Harbin. Meet and greet by local guide. Transfer to hotel and free time at leisure. 

Visiting the St. Sofia Cathetral, built in 1907 by Russia. It is the biggest Orthodox church in the Fareast. Then strolling along the Songhua River, which has become a public playground when deeply frozen.  Afterwards visiting "Ice and Snow World", with numerous ice sculpures and buildings, very recommending. 

Highspeed train to Beijing. 7.5 hours train ride across the vast Northeast China, a snowland. Enjoying beautiful landscapes en route. Arriving in Beijing in the evening.

Excursion to the Great Wall at the Mutianyu Section with return ropeways. In the afternoon visit the skating park on the Shichahai Lake. 

Take shuttle bus to Zhangjiakou, 220KM northwestern of Beijing, where all snow principles of the Olympic Games will be organized. Accommodation in the Genting Resort, China's premium Ski-Resort.

Take shuttle bus back to Beijing.  Enjoy a dinner with mongolian hotpot. 

Transfer to airport. Depart.
