On the footprints of the Kazahk Nomads (7 days)
This tour will bring you to some most beautiful places in Xinjiang: The land along the Tianshan Mountain Range and give you totally different impressions of this part on the Silk Road.

Day 1 Arrival in Urumqi
Arrival in Urumqi, the capital city of Xining. Meet and Greet by your local guide. Visting the Grand Bazaar in the afternoon or evening.

Day 2 Urumqi
One day excursion to the Tianchi Lake and afterwards visiting a Nan bread workshop. Nan is one of the main food for the Uyghur.

Day 3 Urumqi-Yining
Take a flight to Yining, the most western prefecture of Xinjiang. Yining is mostly inhabited by Kazahk nomads. Visiting the Sayram Lake and the Kazanqi Folklore.

Day 4 Yining-Zhaosu
Today you will begin the 4 day Grassland-Safari along the Tianshan Mountain. Car ride to Zhaosu, a picturesque place located on the north side of the Tianshan, and visiting the Xiata grassland with glacier in backdrop.

Day 5 Zhaosu-Tekesi
Car ride to Tekesi through the Kuokesu Canyon. En route visiting the Kalajun Grassland.

Day 6 Tekesi-Narat
Further transfer to Narat Grassland, a fascinated fairyland. Enjoy the beautiful sceneries and experience some Kazahk traditional activites and food.

Day 7 Narat-Urumqi
Transfer to the airport. Flight to Urumqi. Transit and depart or extented to the other parts of the Silk Road.
